Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation Policy:
  2. Registration Cancellation:
    1. Participants who wish to cancel their registration for any program or course offered by the Brightfutureedu must notify the centre in writing at least [X days/weeks] before the scheduled start date of the program.
    2. Cancellations made within the stipulated timeframe will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fees, minus any applicable administrative charges.
  • Requests for cancellation received after the specified deadline may result in forfeiture of the registration fees, or partial refunds at the discretion of the Brightfutureedu.


  1. Program Cancellation:
    1. The Brightfutureedu reserves the right to cancel any program or course due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons beyond its control.
    2. In the event of program cancellation initiated by the Brightfutureedu, participants will be notified promptly, and all registration fees will be refunded in full.
  • The Brightfutureedu will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by participants as a result of program cancellation, such as travel or accommodation costs etc.

    1. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made in accordance with the centre’s cancellation policy.
    2. Refunds are typically processed within [X business days/weeks] from the date of cancellation request approval.

  3. The request must include the participant's full name, program/course name, registration number, and reason for cancellation.
  • Once the refund request is received and verified, Brightfutureedu will initiate the refund process.
  1. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise specified.


  1. Administrative Charges:
    1. A reasonable administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs, such as credit card fees or administrative overhead.
    2. The exact amount of the administrative fee, if applicable, will be communicated to the participant at the time of refund processing.


  1. Non-Refundable Fees:
  2. Certain fees, such as application fees or non-refundable deposits, are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless otherwise stated explicitly in writing by the Brightfutureedu.


By registering for any program or course offered by the Brightfutureedu, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy. Brightfutureedu reserves the right to amend or update this policy at its discretion, with any changes communicated to participants in advance.
